Dear Fellow Citizens of the World

Gee, how do you think this guy feels about the America he's living in? Why doesn't he tell us what he really thinks?
Mark Drolette: Dear Fellow Citizens of the World.
He has a point on much of the stuff he's talking about, for sure, but fair and balanced it ain't (but then, nor is Fox News). It's all a bit too frothy and foaming at the mouth for my tastes, though it is comforting to see that there are people out there who share my concern about the direction(s) the Bush administration is taking the U.S. in. But if it's as bad as he says it is, it makes you wonder why he doesn't just leave, doesn't it? If he's already given up on America, and he appears to have, what's keeping him there?

Wa-how.
I loved this article. He's still there because it's his home and, obviously, he cares. That kind of anger can't be born from apathy or someone who has given up. He's in it for the long haul. He may be stinging some folks and at times, it gets down right mean, but he believes every word he utters and I have to say, I admire his conviction and like what he had to say. Thanks for the link, Mr. Bear.

I wondered what you'd think about it. I thought it could go either way. Interesting. I'm especially interested that you're so sure that he hasn't given up on the US and is in it for the long haul. I read much more pessimistically than that to me. You may be right of course. But I am pleased that people are beginning to shout form the (journalistic) rooftops about your Dear Leader, which is why I publicised it. It has to be said by someone.
